If you like to eat, we all need to support our local producers and our economy at some level. I’ve envisioned this kitchen for some time knowing that I’m a little ahead of my time. Yet, there kitchen incubators built in California and other states.

6. The Accelerator will serve, vets, foster children, ex-cons to give them culinary skills and an opportunity to start their own business. Upon completion of the program they’ll become a force for good.

8. Provide services like a deli, cooking classes, community activities, workshops, memberships, CSA’s, a vegetable garden, networking, a business development program, kitchen rentals and we’ll add more services as we go along.

10. Food 4 Social Change’s community well-being will serve the clients who who will be a part of the Bold and vibrant business community. The outcome will produce strong neighborhoods, a web of economic and social relationships to contribute to local causes.
